Refund Policy – Petuk Restaurant

At Petuk Restaurant, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are offered only in the following cases:
- You cancelled the order within the allowed time before preparation started.
- You were wrongly charged or experienced a payment error.
- The order was not delivered due to a service issue on our end.
2. Non-Refundable Cases:
- If the order was cancelled after preparation began.
- If delivery was delayed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
- If the customer didn’t like the taste/portion of food (taste is subjective).
- Cashback amounts are not refundable as cash.
3. Wallet Refunds:
- If a refund is approved, it will first be credited to your Petuk wallet.
- In special cases, refunds may be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation Charges:
- No cancellation fee applies if cancelled in time.
- No refund if cancelled after food preparation has started.
