Refund Policy – Petuk Restaurant

At Petuk Restaurant, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are offered only in the following cases:

  • You cancelled the order within the allowed time before preparation started.
  • You were wrongly charged or experienced a payment error.
  • The order was not delivered due to a service issue on our end.

2. Non-Refundable Cases:

  • If the order was cancelled after preparation began.
  • If delivery was delayed due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
  • If the customer didn’t like the taste/portion of food (taste is subjective).
  • Cashback amounts are not refundable as cash.

3. Wallet Refunds:

  • If a refund is approved, it will first be credited to your Petuk wallet.
  • In special cases, refunds may be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Cancellation Charges:

  • No cancellation fee applies if cancelled in time.
  • No refund if cancelled after food preparation has started.
