Terms & Conditions – Petuk Restaurant

Effective Date: 01/05/2025

By accessing or using the Petuk Restaurant website or mobile app, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Account Creation:

  • Customers must register with a valid mobile number.
  • OTP verification is required.
  • Each customer is eligible for one account only.

2. Ordering & Delivery:

  • Orders can be placed via our app or website.
  • We deliver within a 6 km radius from our store.
  • Delivery charges: ₹100 per order (excluding food cost).
  • Self-pickup is available with no extra charge.

3. Payments:

  • All payments must be made online during checkout.
  • Wallet cashback (up to ₹50 on first signup, up to ₹30 per order) can be used on future orders.

4. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled only within a short window.
  • If the order status is updated by admin or marked as “Processing” or “Dispatched,” it cannot be cancelled.

5. Cashback Policy:

  • Cashback is auto-applied to your wallet.
  • Wallet balance can be used only on the Petuk platform.
  • Cashback cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

6. Usage Guidelines:

  • You must not misuse the app/website or provide false information.
  • All content, images, and branding belong to Petuk Restaurant and must not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to traffic or weather.
  • Inaccurate delivery address provided by the customer.
  • Service interruptions due to technical issues or maintenance.

8. Modifications:

We reserve the right to update or change any part of these terms without prior notice.
